
KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 28): IT solutions provider MM Computer Systems Bhd (MMCS) has received approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd to list on the ACE Market.
According to MM Computer Systems’ draft prospectus filed with Bursa Malaysia on Oct 7, 2025, the group is eyeing higher-value contracts, as well as expanding its product and services offerings in line with the latest technological trends.
Funds raised from the IPO will be used on expansion of its workforce, including a sales director and 10 technicians, and enrol its staff in training courses.
Proceeds will also go towards the repayment of bank borrowings and defraying of listing expenses.
MM Computer Systems operates through its wholly owned subsidiaries Micro Technology Solution Sdn Bhd (MTS) and SMIND Sdn Bhd, providing IT infrastructure and networking solutions, cybersecurity services and IT outsourcing to government-linked companies (GLCs), enterprises and corporations, as well as resellers who sell IT hardware and software and provide IT solutions across Malaysia.
The group has more than 23 years of operating track record in Malaysia.
The group’s business model combines project-based IT solution design and implementation with recurring income from long-term maintenance and technical support services, supported by a certified technical workforce and long-standing client relationships across multiple sectors.
Over the years, MM Computer Systems has received multiple partner accreditations from global technology principals, including Platinum Tier Partner status from Dell Technologies, Elite Partner accreditation from Trend Micro, Silver Solution Provider designation from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as Gold Partner recognition from Sangfor Technologies and Ruijie Networks, and Silver Partner status from IBM.

Malacca Securities is acting as principal adviser, sponsor, underwriter and placement agent for the IPO, while SCS Global Advisory has been appointed as corporate finance adviser.
