
SINGAPORE (Nov 21): Singapore's Ministry of Trade and Industry has upgraded its gross domestic product (GDP) growth forecast for 2025 to “around” 4%, from 1.5% to 2.5% previously, after the city state's economy did better than expected in the third quarter (3Q2025).
During the quarter, Singapore’s GDP expanded by 4.2% year-on-year, up from the 2.9% advance estimate and extending the 4.7% growth in the previous quarter.
