KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 17): CelcomDigi Bhd's (KL:CDB) net profit fell in the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2025 (3QFY2025) amid higher costs and increased provisions.

Net profit fell to RM341.23 million, down 22% from RM436.98 million a year earlier, while earnings per share eased to 2.91 sen from 3.72 sen in the same quarter last year, a bourse filing on Monday showed.

The group declared a third interim dividend of 3.6 sen per ordinary share for FY2025, payable on Dec 23.

Revenue fell to RM3.12 billion from RM3.13 billion.

For the nine-month period, net profit was RM1.16 billion, down from RM1.22 billion in the year-ago period while earnings per share slipped to 9.92 sen.

Cumulative revenue edged up to RM9.51 billion from RM9.4 billion.

For the full year, CelcomDigi guided low to mid single-digit earnings before interest and tax growth, low single-digit service revenue growth, and a capital expenditure-to-total revenue ratio of between 14% and 16%.

It remains committed to distributing dividends at a minimum of 80% of its net earnings.
