KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 17): THMY Holdings Bhd (KL:THMY), a provider of automated test solutions for electrical and electronic (E&E) products that is poised to make its ACE Market debut next Thursday (Oct 23), has reported a first-quarter net profit of RM3 million.

This is based on revenue of RM14.2 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (1QFY2026), according to THMY's bourse filing Friday. The bulk of its revenue came from its in-circuit test (ICT) solutions segment, which contributed RM11.4 million, while functional circuit test (FCT) solutions added RM1.1 million.

For the full financial year ended March 31, 2025 (FY2025), the group recorded a total net profit of RM10.04 million on revenue of RM45.93 million.

The group will have a market capitalisation of RM275.3 million upon listing, based on an enlarged issued share capital of 888 million shares and an initial public offering (IPO) price of RM0.31 per share.

“We are delighted to kick off the financial year with these results, setting a positive tone for our group’s outlook,” said executive director and chief executive officer Ooi Can Nix. “We believe we are well poised for sustained growth, backed by continuous orders from our multinational customers within the regional E&E manufacturing ecosystem, particularly those involved in high-complexity testing.”

Ooi added that the upcoming listing will be instrumental in supporting THMY’s longer-term ambitions.

Founded 17 years ago, THMY has established a presence across Thailand, the US, China, Singapore and Taiwan. Beyond ICT and FCT solutions, the group has expanded into industrial automation and provides maintenance and repair services as part of its after-sales support.

The company said its business aligns with demand from end-user industries such as technology, telecommunications, semiconductors, industrial and healthcare.
