Scheduled for official launch in the first quarter of 2026, The Arden will be part of the 48-acre Damansara Avenue mixed-use development. Rising 38 storeys, it will offer 455 office units with built-ups ranging from 495 to 3,111 sq ft, priced from about RM1,066 psf.
