KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 12): INFINITY8, Malaysia’s homegrown workspace and corporate solutions provider, achieved a near 100% occupancy at its INFINITY8 Reserve TRX outlet at Exchange 106 at Tun Razak Exchange (TRX). This was shared in a statement at its official launch on Aug 11.

INFINITY8’s chief executive officer and co-founder Lee Sheah Liang shared, “From day one, INFINITY8 has always aimed to see beyond providing ‘just another workspace’ to see the bigger picture. Instead, we’re focused on providing a work way statement with a space that creates communities that inspire people to do their best work.”

INFINITY8 Reserve TRX is located on Level 23, and spans across 30,000 sq ft. It offers workspaces and services such as private suites with the starting monthly rental rate of RM1,200 per person, and hot desks from RM699 to RM799 per person. A discussion room with interactive smart TVs and an event space is also offered.

At its soft launch on May 13, INFINITY8 Reserve TRX had achieved a near 100% occupancy. Private suites achieved a 99% occupancy, while hot desks achieved 39%. Clients include multinational corporation (MNC) tenants of nearly 200 personnel.

Emphasising on the hospitality-first corporate hub concept, Lee shares that the interior is designed to feel more like a curated gallery with a 360-degree panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur. The experience begins with the welcome ritual of a welcome drink and towel, a premium selection at the INFINITY Bar, and a fully equipped premium pantry. What makes this outlet unique from other INFINITY8 outlets is the access to wireless charging and adjustable height desks, with the view of the Royal Selangor Golf Course. They have an onsite community team providing concierge-style assistance for everything from guest reception to meeting room setup that enhances the working experience.

Looking ahead, INFINITY8 is set to continue its momentum with the upcoming launch of the new 24,000 sq ft INFINITY8 Reserve Sunway Square in 4Q2025 at Sunway City. It will be designed based on sustainable growth and long-term business enablement, with a focus on attracting more entrepreneurs, corporations and communities.
