<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>According to a bourse filing, the stake was purchased from Arah Kiara Sdn Bhd (AKSB), whose substantial shareholders are Tang Hon Shan and Ng Kong Chin, holding 40.1% and 35.9% equity interest in AKSB respectively.</p></div>
