KUALA LUMPUR (July 24): SkyWorld Development Bhd, in a joint venture with Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia (PR1MA), launched SkyAwani PRIMA Residences on Wednesday (July 23) at the Asean Real Estate Conference, held at the KL Convention Centre. After balloting, 492 successful homebuyers were selected out of 3,000 applicants.

Additionally, the project offers Maybank MyDeco Financing, allowing buyers to finance both home purchase and interior works for up to 120% financing capped at RM250,000, with the additional 30% covering interior works and design, furnishings, fittings, aesthetics, and décor.

Located in Brickfields on a 1.97-acre leasehold site, the RM192 million SkyAwani PRIMA Residences offers 492 units of 900 square feet each, priced at RM390,000. SkyAwani PRIMA Residences is the newest addition to its Awani Series.
