<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The contract was awarded to its wholly-owned subsidiary KTI Sdn Bhd by the Construction Industry Development Board, according to KTI Landmark's filing with Bursa Malaysia.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Construction of the building in the Papar district will be carried out over 24 months.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>KTI Landmark, which was listed on the ACE Market in June 2024, said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its earnings for the financial years ending 2025 through 2027.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>At Friday’s close, KTI’s shares rose one sen or 2.5% to 41.5 sen, giving the company a market capitalisation of RM322 million.</p></div>
