KUALA LUMPUR (June 8): This issue features an area focus on Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, which has been seeing an increase in high-rise developments, alongside a surge in commercial unit prices. Newer high-rise developments include M Oscar by Mah Sing Group Bhd (KL:MAHSING), Aster Green by UOA Development Bhd (KL:UOADEV), Pinnacle Sri Petaling by Pinnacle Homes Sdn Bhd, and 8th & Stellar by Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (KL:CHGP).

Selected one- and two-storey terraced houses have an estimated compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 2% to 3%, and shop offices, 4%. Meanwhile, prices of shopoffices, particularly in the commercial centre, where The Store supermarket is located, have risen about 30% to date.
