JOHOR BAHRU (May 15): Bangsar Heights Pavilion Sdn Bhd (BHP) has achieved a full take-up rate for its RM600 million Quayside JBCC development in Johor Bahru, with over 80% of units taken up by foreign investors.

According to a press release on Tuesday, the development marks BHP’s debut in Johor Bahru and comprises 482 serviced suites, 24 commercial units and 200 hotel suites across a 195-metre tower.

Situated in the Ibrahim International Business District (IIBD) and within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), it also features Malaysia’s first transparent cantilevered sky pool, along with full-height glazing that provides 360° views of the Johor Strait and Singapore skyline.

The developer has partnered with Oakwood Hospitality and Hyatt Place to manage serviced and hotel units.

The company plans to replicate this blueprint in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, with new projects targeting prestigious addresses and combining hospitality, architectural distinction and curated living.
