KUALA LUMPUR (May 9): Tropicana Corp Bhd has launched Fraser Heights Phase 2 at its 313-acre Tropicana Uplands township in Gelang Patah, Johor, following the strong market response to Phase 1, which achieved an 80% take-up within the first quarter of 2025. The new launch comes on the back of the 100% take-up for its earlier developments — the residential Aster Heights and the Summit Commercial Hub.

Fraser Heights Phase 2 comprises two- and three-storey terraced homes priced from RM745,000, with land sizes of 18ft by 65ft and 18ft by 70ft. Each unit features a fully extended kitchen area and a car porch that fits two cars side by side. The homes are located within a gated and guarded enclave and enjoy access to a 19-acre central park equipped with a football field, multi-purpose courts, bicycle and jogging tracks, an outdoor gym, playgrounds, and pedestrian walkways.

Fraser Heights Phase 1 was launched in January 2025 and consists of 223 two-storey terraced houses with similar design features.

Aster Heights, the township’s first completed residential phase, occupies 12.6 acres and offers 193 units with a contemporary design tailored for young families. Each unit includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully extended kitchen, and a flexible layout. The project was awarded a Qlassic score of 87%.

Meanwhile, the Summit Commercial Hub spans 7.2 acres and consists of 64 shop office units. Currently 90% completed, the hub is scheduled for handover in the second half of 2025. The development features a high ceiling of 3.5m, private lifts for four-storey units, and built-in CCTV points.

Tropicana Uplands is located within the international zone of Iskandar Malaysia and enjoys connectivity via the North-South Expressway, Pasir Gudang Highway, Iskandar Coastal Highway, Pontian Highway and the Second-Link Expressway. The integrated, freehold township is close to various lifestyle, retail, education, and healthcare amenities, including Tenby International School, Raffles American School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Premium Outlets and Gleneagles Hospital Medini.
