KUALA LUMPUR (May 4): Exsim Group is set to launch new projects nationwide this year, with a total estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM5 billion. Among them is phase nine of its 65-acre Sentral Damansara development — previously known as Central Park Damansara — in Petaling Jaya. The Aldenz, with a GDV of RM499 million, is targeted for a June launch and will comprise 662 serviced apartments along with a retail offering.
Since the 2019 launch of Sentral Damansara, Exsim has rolled out 70% of the development. The leasehold RM11 billion project is located opposite Empire City Damansara and across the Damansara-Puchong Expressway and features serviced residences as well as retail and commercial elements.
