KUALA LUMPUR (April 22): DPS Resources Bhd (KL:DPS) is partnering Invest Energy Sdn Bhd to develop solar farms and other infrastructure to support its proposed artificial intelligence (AI) data centre and high-tech industrial park in Alor Gajah, Melaka.
In a bourse filing on Tuesday, the company announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, DPS Energy Sdn Bhd, has inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Invest Energy Ventures Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Invest Energy.
