TXCD seeks six-month extension from Bursa for regularisation plan submission
KUALA LUMPUR (April 14): TXCD Bhd (KL:TXCD) has submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd for an extension of time (EOT), seeking an additional six months until Oct 29, 2025 to submit its regularisation plan.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company noted that the application was submitted on Monday, to allow more time to finalise and submit the regularisation plan.
This marks the company’s second EOT application.
