KUALA LUMPUR (March 17): Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd (KL:DLADY), a dairy company under FrieslandCampina, has named Veronika Winanti Wahyu Utami as its new managing director, effective from April 15, 2025.
Utami currently serves as the marketing director for consumer dairy and specialised nutrition at Frisian Flag Indonesia.
In a statement, Dutch Lady announced that she will succeed Ramjeet Kaur Virik, who has held the position since July 2021. Virik will transition to the position of global director of marketing and innovations at FrieslandCampina Professional and Trading in the Netherlands.
As the managing director, Utami will oversee Dutch Lady’s operations and report directly to Corine Tap, the president of Asia, FrieslandCampina. She brings extensive leadership experience in Indonesia’s fast-moving consumer goods sector, one of Asia’s fastest-growing economies.
"Utami’s expertise will be instrumental in navigating Dutch Lady’s next phase of growth and development," the company stated.
