KUALA LUMPUR (March 9): IJM Land Bhd’s newly-appointed CEO Datuk Tony Ling has plans for the developer, starting with the revised master plan of its vertical township development in Kuala Lumpur, Pantai Sentral Park (PSP). Launching its first semi-detached houses in Lakeside Residences in Puchong, Glomac Bhd’s (KL:GLOMAC) chief operating officer Zulkifly Garib reveals that the sales of the first phase of the project was so good that it decided to launch its second phase this month. The semidee product, called the Keys, will offer a total of 168 double-storey semidees with a typical lot size of 40ft by 80ft and a built-up area of 3,313 sq ft.
In Singapore, a four-bedroom unit in Mandarin Gardens gained a S$3.83 million (RM12.7 million) profit. This surpassed a record in the same development that was previously held by a 3,068 sq ft four-bedroom unit on the 20th floor. Its previous owners bought the unit for S$1.4 million in August 2001 and subsequently sold it for S$4.1 million in September 2021, bagging a S$2.7 million profit.
