KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 26): Mah Sing Group Bhd (KL:MAHSING) has completed the construction of M Arisa residential project in Sentul.

According to the developer in a statement on Wednesday, M Arisa is its first completed project for the year and has achieved a Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) score of 84% and a five-star rating for the Safety and Health Assessment in Construction (SHASSIC).

Sitting on a 3.31-acre parcel in Sentul, M Arisa has an estimated gross development value of RM653 million and consists of two 55-storey towers with 1,598 units of serviced apartments. The units have built-ups ranging from 550 to 1,025 sq ft and come in layouts of one to four bedrooms. Priced from RM299,000, all units are fully sold.

“We are proud to complete our first project of 2025, just three months after delivering M Luna, Kepong in November. This reflects our commitment to crafting high-quality developments for our customers," said Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum in the statement.

He added that the developer has also commenced its own "Homeownership Season" campaign, which is aimed at supporting homebuyers by offering savings and additional rewards such as free credit assessment assistance and facilitating direct loan applications with banks.
