KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 21): Hybrid workspace provider International Workplace Group (IWG) is opening two new Regus offices in Malaysia — Regus Menara Public Gold in Kuala Lumpur in June and Regus Troika Kota Bharu in Kelantan in July. Regus Troika Kota Bharu is the group’s first east coast location.
The two new Regus locations will add to IWG’s existing network of 45 centres across the country under its Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature brands, according to a press release dated Feb 20.
It said the group added five new locations last year, as part of its five-year plan to establish 160 centres nationwide.
IWG Malaysia country head Vijayakumar Tangarasan said, “Hybrid working is shaping the future of work in Malaysia, and we are thrilled to be leading the charge in making flexible workspaces accessible nationwide. With the addition of Regus at Menara Public Gold and Regus at Troika Kota Bharu, we are advancing our broader growth strategy to provide employees — whether in bustling city centres or emerging regional towns — with convenient access to professional workspaces.”
“Our growing presence in Malaysia is a testament to our commitment to supporting businesses of all sizes in staying agile, optimising costs and attracting top talent, while empowering employees to balance productivity with flexibility,” he added.
The new Kuala Lumpur centre at Menara Public Gold will offer 13,924 sq ft of premium office space, offering scalable and flexible workspaces for enterprises of all sizes, from start-ups to multinational corporations; whereas the Kota Bharu centre will occupy 7,836 sq ft within the Troika Kota Bharu mixed-use development to provide professionals and businesses across sectors in Kelantan, including tourism, retail and manufacturing, access to flexible workspaces.
