KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 14): Hong Kong-based Windsor Collection sets to relaunch ALAIA Titiwangsa, a serviced apartment development located at Taman Tiara Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur, this weekend. The on-going development has a gross development value of RM285 million.
ALAIA Titiwangsa was owned and developed by Black Lotus Development Sdn Bhd, the company which was acquired by Hong Kong entrepreneur Kenneth Lau through his privately-owned property development brand Windsor Collection in September 2023. Lau is also the chairman of Hong Kong-listed property developer Multifield International Holdings Ltd.
ALAIA Titiwangsa offers 436 units with built-up ranging from 635 to 1,012 sq ft. The selling price starts from RM743 psf and some 45% of the units sold ahead of the relaunching event on Feb 15. The project is slated for completion in 4Q2026.
“We kept the design and features unchanged, and over 45% of our units have already been taken up, with strong demand expected to continue into the year. The relaunch under Windsor Collection brings our international experience in delivering a high standard in property management and community-focused living, reinforcing our commitment to delivering homes that integrate luxury with functionality,” said Daryl Ng, the CEO of Windsor Collection, in a press statement issued on Friday.
The development features facilities catering to a work-from-home lifestyle, including an integrated co-working space with a private meeting room. Social and recreational amenities include an 18-lot social hub, a rooftop sky lounge, an infinity sky swimming pool, karaoke rooms, and a sky cinema. Additional features include electric vehicle charging stations, a jogging track, a children’s pool, and a weekend activity van for resident excursions.
