<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 13): Privasia Technology Bhd (KL:<a href="/askedge/klse/0123" class="ce-stock" target="_blank">PRIVA</a>) has bagged a RM9.17 million contract from the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) to supply, deliver, install, configure, test use and commission of information and communications technology (ICT) equipment for the ministry’s workshop modernisation programme.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a bourse filing, Privasia said its wholly owned subsidiary Privasia Sdn Bhd has accepted the contract on Wednesday.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The contract tenure is 24 months which will commence on March 1, 2025 and expire on Feb 28, 2027. The group expects this contract to contribute positively to its earnings, and net assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025 and beyond.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>For the nine-month ended Sept 30, 2024 (3QFY2024), the group registered a net profit of RM1.8 million, down by 23.76% from RM2.36 million a year ago on the back of revenue which declined 20.67% to RM62.97 million, from RM79.37 million in a previous year (9MFY2023).</p></div>
