KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 10): Keyfield International Bhd (KL:KEYFIELD) has bagged two contracts worth a total of RM56 million for vessel charter jobs from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd.

The contracts — a work order award and extension — granted to the company’s wholly owned unit Keyfield Offshore Sdn Bhd were for the charter of two dynamic positioning 2 accommodation workboats, according to the offshore support vessel (OSV) operator’s bourse filing on Monday.

The award and extension were issued under Petronas' panel contractor contract for OSV services.

“The award and extension have commenced in January 2025 and are cumulatively valued at approximately RM56 million,” Keyfield said. Both charters will span five to six months.

The jobs are expected to contribute positively to the company’s earnings for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025 (FY2025), the company added.

Shares in Keyfield ended two sen or 0.85% lower at RM2.33, valuing the company at RM1.87 billion.
