KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 10): IJM Land Bhd announced a 60% take-up for its ViO Banj’ran bungalow homes in its Seremban 2 township in Negeri Sembilan. The RM183 million bungalows are expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
Launched on Jan 23, ViO Banj’ran occupies 13-acre (5.26-hectare) freehold land, and features a total of 40 three- and two-storey bungalows. The three-storey bungalows have land area between 5,070 and 8,934 sq ft, and unit built-ups of 5,930 to 6,944 sq ft. The selling price starts from RM3.97 million.
For the two-storey bungalows, the units will have a land area between 5,365 and 7,789 sq ft, a built-up size of 4,765 sq ft, and a price starting from RM3.29 million.

The development has also received a provisional Gold rating from GreenRE, with features such as a rainwater harvesting system for homeowners to repurpose their irrigation as well as water-saving fixtures.
In terms of amenities, ViO Banj’ran is close to AEON Mall, Mydin Mall, Columbia Asia Hospital, SEHAT Healthcare Centre, Zenith International School, and Hillside Seremban Primary School.
