The soft launch of Fraser Heights attracted more than 1,000 visitors.
JOHOR BAHRU (Dec 4): Tropicana Corp Bhd (KL:TROP) has introduced Fraser Heights, the latest landed residential phase within its 313-acre Tropicana Uplands township in Johor.
The 36-acre Fraser Heights, which is located within Iskandar Malaysia’s Flagship Zone B, features 518 terrace homes designed for multi-generational living, offering built-up areas between 1,500 sq ft and 1,895 sq ft. Each unit includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully extended kitchen, and double car porch.
The soft launch of Fraser Heights on Nov 23, 24, and 30, attracted more than 1,000 visitors. The project is part of the developer’s sustainable township concept, which integrates work-live-learn-shop-play components, alongside connectivity to five major highways.

“Tropicana Uplands has become a highly sought-after address in Gelang Patah, Johor. Its first phase, Aster Heights, achieved 100% take-up and recorded the highest Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) score of 87%,” said Ang.
Aster Heights was launched in 2021, and comprised 193 two-storey terraced houses with built-ups of 1,446 sq ft to 1,484 sq ft. Priced from RM489,000, all units were sold out within five months.
