KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 3): Sime Darby Property Bhd’s (KL:SIMEPROP) two recent launches — JUMPA @ Elmina Valley and Kanopi — have recorded strong take-up rates, according to a media statement by the developer on Friday (Nov 29).  

JUMPA @ Elmina Valley, a multi-storey commercial development 500 metres from Elmina City Centre, Shah Alam, achieved a 100% take-up rate within a day. At the same time, Kanopi, the first phase of serviced apartments within Elmina City Centre, recorded a 70% take-up rate. 

Spanning 7.32 freehold acres, JUMPA comprises 44 units of two- and three-storey shop offices, with built-up areas ranging from 3,360 square feet (sq ft) to 5,019 sq ft. There are five types available, with intermediate lots priced from RM1.93 million. It has a gross development value (GDV) of RM111 million.

Meanwhile, the 3.58-acre Kanopi, the first phase of serviced apartments within Elmina City Centre, with a GDV of RM299 million, comprises 499 units. These include affordable housing options like the Servis Apartmen Mampu Millk units, which start at RM270,000, while the three-bedroom apartments start from RM565,888.
