Willowglen MSC Bhd, through its wholly owned subsidiary Willowglen Services Pte Ltd, has been awarded a RM79.2 million contract by Singapore’s Public Utilities Board for the supply, design, installation, and commissioning of supervisory control and data acquisition and telemetry systems, alongside construction and maintenance services.
KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 2): Willowglen MSC Bhd (KL:WILLOW) has clinched a RM79.2 million contract from Singapore’s Public Utilities Board (PUB).
According to its bourse filing on Monday, the contract was awarded to its wholly owned subsidiary Willowglen Services Pte Ltd. It involves the supply, design, installation, and commissioning of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and telemetry systems, alongside construction and maintenance services.
Set to commence on Dec 23, 2024 and conclude on June 22, 2032, this eight-year contract is expected to deliver steady revenue growth and strengthen Willowglen’s financial position, contributing positively to earnings in 2025 to 2032.
Willowglen noted that the contract is non-renewable and falls within the scope of normal business risks.
At market close, Willowglen’s share price was up half a sen or 1.72% at 29.5 sen, valuing the company at RM146.45 million.
