<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The group said its wholly-owned unit, Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd, accepted the Letter of Award from NRY Architects Sdn Bhd on Monday. The project has a duration of 40 months, commencing on Dec 16.<br />
