KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 21): Mah Sing Group Bhd (KL:MAHSING) has unveiled the sales gallery of its RM850-million M Aspira serviced-apartment project in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday (Nov 20). 

M Aspira is a two-tower serviced apartment project that will occupy a 3.7-acre site in Taman Desa. It will have a total of 1,618 units, with built-ups from 706 sq ft to 1,006 sq ft. The selling price will start from RM452,000.

In a press statement on Wednesday, Mah Sing chief executive officer (CEO) of property subsidiaries Yeoh Chee Beng said, “M Aspira is designed [for] a wide range of homebuyers in mind, including first-time buyers, upgraders, as well as working professionals. Located in the mature, well-established neighbourhood of Taman Desa, it offers the advantages of a strategic location with excellent infrastructure and a strong sense of community”.

He added that the developer intends to offer a lifestyle that is centred around comfort, wellness and community in M Aspira.

“With thoughtfully curated facilities, including a glamping area, outdoor dining and barbecue area, the development caters to diverse lifestyles. These amenities promote relaxation, social connections, healthy living, and a sense of belonging, ensuring residents of all ages can fully enjoy their living environment.”

Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said that M Aspira is the firm’s fourth land acquisition in 2024. 

“Since 2023, we have acquired a total of nine parcels of land, including four in 2024. M Aspira in Taman Desa is our third acquisition in 2024, followed by our latest acquisition, M Aurora in Old Klang Road. M Aspira offers a prime location within well-established neighbourhoods, abundant amenities, ready infrastructure, and easy access to various parts of the city and suburbs. Mah Sing is committed to enhancing not only the value of our customers’ purchases, but also the quality of life for the surrounding communities.”

M Aspira has accessibility to major highways, such as Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway, Seremban Expressway, and Federal Highway. It is also less than 5km away from the Kuchai MRT station and the Salak Selatan LRT station. 

To further improve connectivity, the developer has proposed to build a new ingress and egress connection from the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway to Jalan Desa (ingress), and Jalan Desa to East West Link towards Petaling Jaya (egress).

The statement also highlighted that Mah Sing has launched a final bonanza campaign. Running until Nov 30 this year, the campaign provides benefits to homebuyers, such as free memorandum of transfer, complimentary furnishing, and home appliances.
