KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 8): Human capital management provider Ramssol Group Bhd (KL:RAMSSOL) said its 51%-owned subsidiary in Thailand has secured a contract worth 275 million baht (RM35.61 million) to undertake an artificial intelligence (AI) healthcare solutions project for a hospital.
Under the contract, GeekStart Company Ltd is appointed by Multi Distribution Services Company Ltd as the hospital's service partner in the deployment of the AI-integrated healthcare system for outpatient and emergency services at an existing seven-storey building in a southern province of Thailand.
“The [contract] is in line with the company’s strategy and continuous effort to expand its software development technology business and expected to provide additional revenue stream and enhance the earnings base of the company and its subsidiaries, which in turn is expected to improve the group’s financial performance and the shareholders’ value,” Ramssol said in a statement.
The project involves integrating advanced digital tools, including a smart patient management system and AI-based resource optimisation, to enhance efficiency and streamline check-ins, triage, and real-time bed management.
Additionally, telemedicine and remote monitoring features will support post-discharge care, enriching the overall patient experience, said Ramssol.
Shares of Ramssol settled up half a sen or 0.73% to 69 sen on Thursday, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM227.44 million. The counter has risen 76.92% year-to-date.
