KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 4): OSK Property Holdings Bhd, the property arm of OSK Holdings Bhd (KL:OSK), has launched a serviced apartment project named Nara under its 27.77-acre (11.24-hectare) Shorea Park master plan in Puchong, according to a press statement on Saturday.

Spread across a 3.9-acre freehold tract, Nara, which has a gross development value of RM353 million, offers two 28-storey towers that house a total of 709 units with built-ups ranging from 560 to 1,055 sq ft for 1+1 to four-bedroom layouts. Units are priced from RM250,000.

In the statement, OSK Property chief executive officer Ong Ghee Bin said, “Our continued success with earlier phases, such as Mira and Anya, underscores the demand for thoughtfully designed, affordable homes in this rapidly growing area. Nara at Shorea Park’s integration of nature and urban living, along with its attractive pricing, will offer the perfect solution for homebuyers and families looking for a balanced lifestyle.”

Some facilities at Nara include a 50m swimming pool, hydrotherapy spa, jogging track, gymnasium, badminton and basketball courts as well as various recreational areas. The larger Shorea Park master plan also offers a one-acre public central park.

As part of OSK Property’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives, Nara has been awarded a GreenRE Bronze Provisional Certification.

The launch of Nara follows the positive responses that the earlier projects at Shorea Park received, the statement said. The first phase, Mira serviced apartment, is now fully sold out since its launch in September 2021. Mira was completed in July this year, 13 months ahead of schedule. Similarly, the second phase, Anya, launched in 2022, has received a 90% take-up rate.
