KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 1): ACE Market-listed DS Sigma Holdings Bhd (KL:DSS) announced on Friday that the company will be transferring to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, effective next Wednesday (Nov 6).
DS Sigma, however, will continue to be placed under the industrial products & services sector. Its stock short name, stock code and International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) shall remain unchanged.
For the financial year ended June 30, 2024, DS Sigma reported a net profit of RM11 million, on a revenue of RM88.8 million.
The packaging solutions provider has a share capital of RM77.55 million, comprising 480 million ordinary shares.
To recap, DS Sigma, which had been listed on the ACE Market of Bursa on Jan 6, 2023, first announced its intention to migrate to the Main Market on June 7.
Shares in DS Sigma closed half a sen, or 1.5% lower at 33 sen on Friday, giving it a market capitalisation of RM158.4 million.
The stock is currently trading at a trailing-twelve-month price to earnings ratio of 14.4 times.
