KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 22): Willowglen MSC Bhd (KL:WILLOW) said on Tuesday that it has been awarded a RM16.43 million contract to supply security systems in Singapore.

According to bourse filing, the contract was awarded by Kandenko Co Ltd to the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd.

The scope of the contract involves the supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of hardware and software for the security system for electrical facilities.

The company said the contract starts from Oct 22, 2024, and is expected to be completed by May 30, 2028.

As such, the company said a positive contribution to its earnings and net assets per share is expected for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2025 to 2028.

Shares of Willowglen MSC closed half sen or 1.6% lower at 30 sen, giving it a market capitalisation of RM148.8 million.
