KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 13): Avaland Bhd (KL:AVALAND) is unveiling the 13.4-acre masterplan of its integrated Avenue25 development in Subang Jaya on Oct 12. The project will feature various components, such as residential, commercial, retail and office, as well as a transport hub.

For the residential component, the developer is looking to launch Alora Residences Tower B before the end of the year. Alora Residences Tower A was previously launched in August 2023 and is currently 70% sold. Both towers offer 770 units of serviced apartments in total. The developer is aiming for all components of Avenue25 to be GreenRE Gold certified.

Leading up to the tabling of Budget 2025 on Oct 18, we have compiled a budget wishlist by property industry captains. Among other matters, they hope for greater financial support for first-time homebuyers and incentives such as tax breaks to help stimulate the property market.
