KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 8): Selangor Dredging Bhd (KL:SDRED) has launched its latest lakeside landed residential development named Senai, located in Taman Putra Perdana, Puchong.

According to a press statement on Monday, the first phase of the development will offer 200 units of three-storey strata-titled landed homes that come in built-up sizes of 1,900 to 3,600 sq ft, with selling prices of over RM1 million. Further details of the upcoming phases are forthcoming. 

Selangor Dredging managing director Teh Lip Kim commented on the new project, “Senai represents Selangor Dredging’s commitment to continuing building homes that stand the test of time, offering lasting value to our homebuyers while aligning with our sustainability goals. 

“By placing myself in the shoes of those who will live here, we have crafted a living environment that fosters well-being and connection among multi-generational families,” Teh added.

Senai will be nestled along approximately 630m of lake frontage, offering plenty of green spaces. 

Meanwhile, the statement also highlighted that Selangor Dredging’s other projects had achieved good take-up rates. Its 19Trees landed homes in Taman Melawati have been 95% sold, while Jia terraced homes in Seri Kembangan have been fully sold. 

In Singapore, Myra, a high-rise residential project in Meyappa Chettiar Road, and One Draycott in 1 Draycott Park are both fully sold.
