MMAG Holdings Bhd (KL:MMAG) is going to take over Velocity Capital Partner Bhd's (KL:VELOCITY) stake in its 86.09%-owned loss-making subsidiary, courier and logistic firm Line Clear Express Sdn Bhd (LCE).
