<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 22): AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd (KL:<a href="/askedge/klse/5139" class="ce-stock" target="_blank">AEONCR</a>) has issued the sixth&nbsp;senior sukuk issuance under its RM2 billion sukuk wakalah&nbsp;programme.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The issuance, with&nbsp;a nominal amount of RM350 million, was&nbsp;issued in&nbsp;two tranches, comprising&nbsp;RM130 million for a five-year tenure and RM220 million for six&nbsp;years, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Thursday.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Proceeds from the senior sukuk will be utilised to fund financing, and to refinance&nbsp;existing loans/financing or any sukuk issued by the company.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>All utilisation of the sukuk programme proceeds will be shariah-compliant, the company added.</p></div>
