Myra Land launches phase two of Myra Cove in Cyberjaya

CYBERJAYA (Aug 20): Myra Land Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Oriental Interest Bhd (OIB) (KL:OIB), has officially launched the second phase of Myra Cove, a freehold condominium development located at Cyberjaya, Selangor on Tuesday. The new phase has a gross development value (GDV) of RM311 million.

The second phase of Myra Cove comprises 421 residential units spread over five blocks. The units’ built-ups range from 1,233 to 2,060 sq ft, and the selling price starts from RM620,000. It is expected to be completed in 2028.  

During his opening address at the launching event, OIB chief of people and growth Akil Hassan Kalimullah said: “This project is defined by three brand pillars. The first is the unrestrained living that Cyberjaya offers. The second is the limitless bliss that families can enjoy through the lifestyle accommodating facilities which we have incorporated. The third, and perhaps the most important, is the unbounded comfort Myra Cove provides by curating layouts that cater to every possible family dynamic, young families embracing a fulfilling life, and even those seeking an Eden, or those looking for larger spaces in a high-rise.”  

The first phase of Myra Cove, which was launched in 2022, has a GDV of RM167.7 million. It comprises 279 units with built-ups ranging from 877 to 2,060 sq ft. The selling price starts from RM422,900. It currently has a take-up rate of 85% and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.

Facilities to be provided in Myra Cove include an infinity lap pool, Jacuzzi, kid’s pool, sundeck, gymnasium, jogging path, badminton court, reflexology path, cafeteria, function room and BBQ area.

Amenities in the vicinity are educational institutions such as King Henry VIII College, Multimedia University, University of Cyberjaya, SMK Cyberjaya and SJK (C) Union; hospitals such as Cyberjaya Hospital and Putrajaya Hospital; shopping malls such as Tamarind Square and DPulze Shopping Centre; and leisure parks such as Cyberjaya Lake Gardens, Taman Awam Cyber 3 and Taman Botani Putrajaya.

Maya Cove will have accessibility via the Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway, North-South Expressway Central Link, South Klang Valley Expressway and Maju Expressway. Meanwhile, public transportation stations such as MRT Putrajaya Sentral and MRT Cyberjaya Utara are within a 10km radius of Myra Cove.

A panel discussion was also held during the event. Moderated by IQI global real estate negotiator Natasha Gideon and featured property adviser and content creator Sean Tan, Myra Cove general manager Roy Chin and former health minister Khairy Jamaluddin as the panellists, topics discussed include the brand pillars of Myra Cove and the prospects of Cyberjaya.

The event was attended by media organisations and business partners of OIB.
