KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 15): Titijaya Land Bhd (KL:TITIJAYA) inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd (KL:BIMB) to provide financing solution to homebuyers that are purchasing Titijaya’s projects in its 46-acre Damaisuria development in Bukit Subang, Selangor.

According to a press statement on Thursday, the financing solution will provide Skim Jaminan Kredit Perumahan — Madani to first-time homebuyers.

Titijaya Group group managing director Datuk Lim Poh Yit said in the statement: “We wish to thank Bank Islam for their support and are excited to enter a new chapter in our working relationship. Both of us share a commitment to delivering products that address the needs of Malaysian homebuyers and adapt to changing market trends. Together, we will open up opportunities for many more young Malaysians and families to buy a home in Damaisuria and be part of this vibrant township.”

Meanwhile, Bank Islam group chief business officer of group retail banking Mizan Masran said: “We are thrilled to strengthen our partnership with Titijaya through the signing of this MOU. Our latest home financing offer is among the most competitive in the market, featuring rates as low as 3.8% per annum.

“Moreover, customers applying for financing with Bank Islam for the Damaisuria project will benefit from our Ancillary Financing through our Personal Financing product, making it more convenient to cover home renovation and furnishing expenses. These comprehensive solutions will empower homeowners to create their ideal living spaces with greater ease and financial flexibility."

Apart from the MOU signing, Titijaya also unveiled 264 @ Seiring serviced apartments and held a topping-out ceremony for Tower A of Seiring Residensi serviced apartments in the Damaisuria development.

With a gross development value (GDV) of RM71 million, 264 @ Seiring will have a total of 264 units measuring 550 sq ft and have a selling price of RM270,000. The project achieved an 85% take-up rate following the unveiling.

Meanwhile, Titijaya expects to handover Tower A of Seiring Residensi by 2Q2025. Seiring Residensi consists of 370 units sized from 665 to 972 sq ft which are spread over four towers. With a GDV of RM677 million, the selling price starts from RM459,300.

Damaisuria development has accessibility to major highways such as New Klang Valley Expressway, Guthrie Corridor Expressway, North-South Central Link and Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway.
