1. Bank Negara Malaysia on Wednesday imposed administrative penalties on the country’s top two banks for prolonged service disruptions in breach of financial services laws.

2. The government has decided to adopt a new strategy for acquiring passenger train assets for the Keretapi Tanah Melayu Bhd railway network through a leasing method, said Transport Minister Anthony Loke.

3. VS Industry Bhd said its Philippine unit has secured orders from a key customer with an expected revenue contribution of RM1.5 billion over two years.
