KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 7): HeveaBoard Bhd (KL:HEVEA) is supplying low formaldehyde emission particle boards to China’s Boloni Intelligent Technology (Beijing) Co Ltd.

Boloni is an internationally renowned interior design company offering high-end total solution interior design services.

HeveaBoard managing director Yoong Hau Chun noted that the group is committed to sustainability and innovation.

“This move (the partnership with Boloni) aligns perfectly with the growing global demand for eco-friendly and safe home furnishings,” said Yoong.

This partnership highlights a shared commitment to advancing sustainability and quality in the interior design industry.

“We are excited about the partnership between HeveaBoard and Boloni, two major international players in the timber industry,” said Malaysian Timber Council senior director of market promotion for China, Tan Ting Wai, in a statement.

Tan believes that the partnership will exemplify the kind of collaboration the Malaysian Timber Council aims to foster — one that leverages advanced technologies and creates opportunities for trades, particularly with China.

At time of writing, HeveaBoard’s share price was up 0.5 sen to 31 sen, valuing the company at RM176 million.
