<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The group, which is involved in manufacturing, plantation, and property management, said the two-year contract was awarded to its wholly owned subsidiary Percetakan Keselamatan Nasional Sdn Bhd (PKN).</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the future consolidated earnings and net assets of Fima Group,” the group said in an exchange filing.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>For its financial year ended March 31, 2024, Fima's net profit dropped 45.14% year-on-year to RM19.8 million from RM36.1 million, as revenue fell 30.13% to RM206.75 million from RM295.92 million, mainly due to lower revenue from its manufacturing and plantation divisions.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The group declared a total dividend of 12.5 sen per share for the year, which is the same amount as the previous year.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares of Fima finished one sen or 0.57% higher at RM1.76 on Friday, valuing the group at RM451.51 million.</p></div>
