<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a bourse filing on Tuesday, the company said its unit Kimlun Sdn Bhd had accepted the award of a construction contract from Saujana Development Sdn Bhd for a high-rise residential development in Seksyen U2, Shah Alam, Selangor.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It said the construction work is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Kimlun said the project is expected to contribute positively to its earnings for the financial years during the contract period.</p></div>
