<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a bourse filing, Vizione said the project comprises two 15-storey blocks and three 18-storey blocks.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The group said its unit Vizione Builder Sdn Bhd accepted the letter award from a real estate company, Midlands City Sdn Bhd.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Vizione managing director Datuk Ng Aun Hooi is the largest shareholder of Midlands City, with a 62% stake. The other shareholders in Midlands City are Ting Hing Khok (10%) and Ng Kok Kiang (28%).</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares in Vizione closed down half a sen to four sen, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM82 million. Year to date, the stock has fallen 33%.</p></div>
