KUALA LUMPUR (May 13): Telecommunication services provider Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd (KL:SRIDGE) on Monday said its 80%-owned subsidiary, Centropia Technologies One Sdn Bhd (CTO), had secured a RM17 million contract to provide recruitment services for two years.

The contract, awarded by KIT International Group Sdn Bhd, is for the provision of services such as sourcing for candidates, skill assessment, screening, profiling, pre-interviewing, short-listing and proposing to KIT all pre-screened candidates for full time or fixed term employment basis.

The two-year contract commences on June 1, said Silver Ridge in a bourse filing.

The group said the contract value for the agreement will be up to RM9 million for the first year and up to RM8 million for the second year, totalling to RM17 million.

Shares of the group closed up 2.5 sen or 7.94% at 34 sen on Monday, with a market capitalisation of RM74.5 million.
