KUALA LUMPUR (May 8): IJM Land Bhd has achieved 55% take-up rate for serviced apartment Daffodil Residency since its launch on March 1, according to a press statement on May 7. 

Daffodil Residency is located within IJM Land’s 1,163-acre Alam Suria township (formerly known as Shah Alam 2) in Puncak Alam, Selangor. The township was launched in 2001 and has a population of over 28,000. 

Daffodil Residency will spread across 7.88 acres and has a gross development value of RM127 million. It will have a total of 354 units with a built-up of 850 sq ft. The units will have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two parking bays. Selling price starts from RM340,000. 

“At Daffodil Residency, we focus on creating living spaces that bring joy to our residents and prioritise their wellbeing,” said IJM Land senior general manager Chai Kian Soon.

According to the press statement, Daffodil Residency embraces sustainable design principles and environmentally conscious construction practices, such as providing charging bays for electric vehicles. It has obtained a GreenRE bronze assessment certification.

Facilities to be provided in Daffodil Residency are a swimming pool, wading pool, jacuzzi, barbecue pit, badminton courts, gymnasium, multipurpose hall, children’s playground and surau. 

Amenities nearby include Masjid Puncak Alam, UiTM Puncak Alam, Hospital UiTM, Lotus’s, UOB Bank, Bank Muamalat and Jaya Grocer. 

Daffodil Residency has access to Persiaran Mokhtar Dahari, Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (Latar), Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) and West Coast Expressway (WCE).
