KUALA LUMPUR (April 3): Boutique property developer Trinity Group Sdn Bhd has topped out the wellness-centric condominium Trinity Wellnessa in Beverly Heights, Ampang North with a take-up rate of 99%.

Officially launched in 2021, Trinity Wellnessa is a joint venture project between Trinity Group and landowner Oxley Holdings Ltd. It occupies 3.9 acres of land and has a gross development value of RM341 million, offering 463 residential units across two 30-storey towers. The built-up sizes range from 1,008, 1,286 to 2,585 sq ft and they are priced from RM680,200. The project is expected to be completed in June 2025.

As a wellness-centric development, the developer has integrated a triple protection system encompassing contactless technology, wellness-oriented design and wellness-centric facilities into Trinity Wellnessa. These facilities include yoga garden, halo pavilion and floating cinema, ray pool and a rest and relax coffee lounge.

“Our journey at Trinity Group is driven by a clear vision: to redefine urban living in innovative ways. Thus from the outset, our vision for Trinity Wellnessa has been to create a holistic living environment that serves as a sanctuary of well-being. Through meticulous planning and strategic partnerships, we are poised to set new benchmarks in integrated wellness-centric development,” said Trinity Group managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat in a press release issued on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Trinity Group will be launching another wellness-centric project in 4Q2024.

“We have long observed a shift in buyer’s behaviour post-pandemic, specifically a greater demand for wellness-centric developments. Buyers today are more conscious about taking better care of themselves and their loved ones.

“Trinity Group is ready to address these needs head-on, and we are delighted to share that we are set to launch our next phase of wellness-centric homes in 4Q2024, neighbouring Trinity Wellnessa,” Neoh added.
