1. Yinson Holdings Bhd’s major shareholder has launched an unconditional takeover offer to acquire a 50.2% stake in Icon Offshore Bhd for RM172.72 million, cash.
2. A merger between JF Apex Securities Bhd — a unit of locally listed Apex Equity Holdings Bhd — and Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd was lawful and had not oppressed the rights of minority shareholders, the Federal Court ruled on Tuesday.
3.
