<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It said the works are scheduled to commence not later than May 15 and expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2027.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>This marks SunCon's second project this year, bringing its total outstanding order book to RM6.9 billion.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Last month, the group said it had secured a RM721 million project for the construction of a shopping mall in Perak's Kinta district, in a related party transaction.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>SunCon posted a 7.93% rise in net profit to RM49.27 million for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2023 from RM45.65 million a year earlier. Quarterly revenue surged 73.11% to RM871.5 million from RM503.43 million.</p></div>
