KUALA LUMPUR (March 21): IJM Land Bhd has unveiled the first phase of landed hilltop residential development called Ridge View @ Puchong, according to a statement on Wednesday (March 20).
The first phase will have a gross development value of RM52 million and consists of a total of 35 double-storey linked villas. There are three types of layout — Type E (built-up: 3,213 sq ft to 3,313 sq ft), Type F (2,530 sq ft to 2,806 sq ft) and Type G (2,123 sq ft to 2,281 sq ft). The selling price starts from RM1.28 million and the villas are due for completion by 2Q2027.
“Ridge View @ Puchong’s primary audience includes discerning owner-occupiers, those seeking to elevate their lifestyle, and individuals who prioritise nature as an essential element of their living experience,” said IJM Land general manager Chai Kian Soon.
Facilities will include a clubhouse, outdoor gym, sauna, swimming pool, multipurpose hall and a lookout point for a vantage view of Puchong township as the development is 152m above sea level.
Ridge View @ Puchong will be developed in six phases and offers 110 units of double-storey linked villas and 82 units of three-storey bungalows in total.
It is accessible via LDP, MEX, SKVE and Kesas highways. Amenities nearby include Bandar Putra Permai MRT station, Taylor’s International School, SJK © Han Ming, SJK(C) Sin Ming, KPMC Puchong Specialist Centre, Columbia Asia Hospital and Andorra Women and Children Hospital. It is also located near to the Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve and Wawasan Hill Trail.
