KUALA LUMPUR (March 15): Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and master developer of Kwasa Damansara, has announced a partnership with Impiana Land & Development Sdn Bhd (Impiana) to develop 47 acres of residential development called Serene Kwasa Damansara in Kwasa Damansara, according to a press statement on Friday.
“We are pleased to partner with Impiana yet again on their second development within Kwasa Damansara. We are humbled by their confidence in this new township that is being developed on the ethos of Green, Connected and Inclusive. It will be developed with surrounding green spaces, great connectivity to transportation networks and also designed with the family unit in mind in meeting with lifestyle needs of Malaysians today [March 15],” said Kwasa Land managing director Datuk Adenan Md Yusof.
“We believe that a home has to be more than a building. It has to be a space generous enough for life to expand and grow, enclosed in structure but open in spirit, to nurture a lifetime of cherished memories. We are excited to be a development partner to Kwasa Land as we embark on a dynamic and future-forward residential development at Kwasa Damansara, a burgeoning location in the Damansara region — one where we see people converge to live, work and play as an attractive address and neighbourhood,” said Impiana managing director Datuk Haris Onn Hussein.
With a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.5 billion, the project will be developed in two phases. The first phase, called Serene South Lakes, will occupy 30 acres and entails 141 units of bungalow, link villa and semi-detached home. The first phase is expected to be completed in 4Q2028.
The second phase will entail the development of The Park and Serene Hillside. The Park will consist of two mid-rise blocks with 311 units while Serene Hillside will have four low-rise and mid-rise condominiums with 468 units.
Serene Kwasa Damansara is Impiana’s second development in Kwasa Damansara. Its first project in the township is called Linari Damansara.
Linari Damansara occupies an 8.9-acre site and has a GDV of RM450 million. It consists of a two-tower condominium with 480 units and 16 units of Park Homes (cluster townhouse). Expected to be completed in 2027, Linari Damansara will have a pedestrian walkway to Kwasa Damansara MRT station.
